How are stories generated?+
Every story is crafted using Anthropic Claude (text), Google Cloud TTS (audio), and Google Gemini (images), personalized to your child's profile and the goal you select. OpenAI handles content safety.
What if I encounter an inappropriate story?+
Tap the flag (Report) icon on the player screen. We review reports within 48 hours.
Is there a free trial?+
No, Lunia does not offer a free trial. However, opening a free account gives you unlimited listening to 4 classic stories, and you can start a premium subscription whenever you're ready.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
On your iOS device: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Lunia. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
How do I delete my account?+
In-app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data, stories, and child profiles will be permanently deleted.
Is my child's data safe?+
All data is stored encrypted on Firebase. It is sent to AI services only during story generation on a per-request basis, and is never used for model training.
What age range is it for?+
Lunia is designed for ages 2-10. The AI adapts language and complexity to each age. The App Store rating is 9+ (honest classification given narrative tension).
