Lunia is a mobile application that creates AI-powered personalized children's stories. The app produces audio stories tailored to developmental goals set by parents. All interactions (account creation, story generation, payment, playback) are performed by the parent; children only listen to the generated stories.
By using the application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. The application is for personal, non-commercial use only. Copyright of generated content belongs to the user.
Stories, cover images, and audio narrations are generated by artificial intelligence. Providers used: Anthropic Claude (text), Google Cloud TTS (audio), Google Gemini (images), OpenAI (content safety). Generated content passes through multi-layered moderation, but accuracy or full alignment with every parent's expectations cannot be guaranteed. If you find content inappropriate, you can report it using the in-app Report button; we review within 48 hours.
You are responsible for the security of your account and the settings you configure for your child. You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.
Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Billed at ₺499,99/month or ₺4.999,99/year (or local equivalent). No free trial offered. Subscriptions auto-renew; if not cancelled, you will be charged 24 hours before renewal date. To cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Lunia.
We reserve the right to modify app features, pricing, or terms of use without prior notice. When Terms of Use or Privacy Policy changes substantively, re-consent is requested upon app launch.
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
